Classified Advertising Terms and Conditions 1. CLASSIFIED AD CONTENT: SuperBikers2,llc reserves the right to revise or reject for any reason at its sole discretion any ad submitted. All ad content, including photos, submitted become the property of SuperBikers2,llc, Inc. and may not be reproduced by a third party without the consent of SuperBikers2,llc's or the Advertiser. 2. LIABILITY: Advertiser accepts all liability for all of the advertising content supplied by the Advertiser to SuperBikers2,llc. Advertiser represents and warrants to SuperBikers2,llc that its copy is true, that it is not libelous or defamatory, that it violates no rights of privacy. The Advertiser acknowledges and understands that even if the information and copy provided to SuperBikers2,llc is posted to it's web site it does not mean that it has been approved by SuperBikers2,llc and shall not relieve Advertiser of the warranty. Advertiser agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SuperBikers2,llc from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, suits, costs, or expenses, arising by reason of the publication of Advertiser's advertisement or breach of the foregoing warranty, whether such claims are well-grounded or not. 3. AD ERRORS: SuperBikers2,llc, shall be held harmless for any errors made by the Advertiser in the ad copy, photos or any other materials submitted by the Advertiser for inclusion in the Classified Advertisement. SuperBikers2,llc disclaims all responsibility for any errors in the classified advertising that it post on behalf of the Advertiser. SuperBikers2,llc shall not be responsible for any special, incidental or consequential damages suffered by any party resulting from its errors or omissions. |
