Small
change in SS Class Tech
One of you guys brought up something that
makes sense and I thought that I needed to make a change...
or at least a clarification. The SS class was thought
up to be less costly than running a full-on "super"
supermoto bike. By not allowing slipper clutches, 16.5"
wheels, and running DOT street tires kept the spending
down and the racing fairly close.
I also had listed that the stock triple
clamps were to be used. I made a change to that. The
stock lower triple clamp must be used. The upper clamp
can be replaced with a billet clamp of some
sort as this was a common change when a change to a
1 1/8" handlebar was done. The stock offset will
not be affected by replacing that clamp and it is easy
for anyone to confirm that the stock lower clamp is
in place.
This change is now listed in the rulebook.
